Vintage electronics are inherently unpredictable.

For consoles, VCRs, accessories, media players, peripherals, and related electronics:

• Compatibility with modern equipment is not guaranteed. • Future functionality cannot be guaranteed. • Internal components may fail due to age. • Batteries and consumables may require replacement. • Product lifespan cannot be predicted.

Unless otherwise required by law, acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment of these risks.

  1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AI CONTENT

While we strive for accuracy:

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The Nook and Lantern is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customers must report delivery issues within fourteen (14) days of the carrier’s reported delivery date.

Where appropriate, we may assist customers with carrier claims but do not guarantee claim approval.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain products may be offered as recurring subscription services.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@thenookandlantern.com.

Cancellation requests are effective only after written confirmation is provided by The Nook and Lantern.

Some subscription products involving custom, limited-production, specialty, seasonal, or third-party fulfilled items may not be eligible for cancellation after processing begins.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.

Returns are generally accepted only when:

• An item arrives materially damaged; • An item contains a material functional defect not disclosed in the listing; • The wrong item was shipped.

The following generally do not qualify as defects:

For approved non-defect returns accepted as an accommodation, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return-related shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Certain products may contain mature themes, age-restricted content, or collectible adult materials.

By purchasing such items, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Nook and Lantern from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
